Are you seeking to improve your diet and health through cooking, but struggling to prepare foods that are both healthy and taste good? Learn the principles of healthy cooking with fresh ingredients and the secrets of taste.
This weekend program begins Saturday morning and ends Sunday after lunch. The program includes daily nutrition and cooking workshops, delicious vegetarian meals, guided nature walks, and optional sunrise yoga. Space is limited to 12. Add this program onto your accommodations for $75 pp.
