Payment Methods
For all rooms or cabins, we accept cash, personal checks, and Visa or MasterCard. For payments with credit cards other than Visa or MasterCard, there will be an additional 5% charge. 

Guarantee a Reservation
The only way to guarantee your reservation and receive a confirmation number is to secure the room with a credit card. Reservations are taken in person or by phone only – we are unable to accept email reservations.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
To cancel a reservation and obtain a cancellation number, please call us at 304-843-1600 ext. 111, at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date.  For reservations that are not cancelled with 72 hours notice, credit card will be charged 50% of the total cost of the reservation.  Cancelled reservations without 72 hours notice or for no-shows, credit card will be charged 100% of the total cost of the reservation.

Prohibited Activities
New Vrindaban is a Krishna Conscious property, and as such we follow certain regulative principles. As a guest on our property, we ask that you respect our spiritual practice and refrain from:

• the eating or cooking of meat, fish, or eggs
• drinking alcoholic or caffeinated beverages
• smoking
• hunting or fishing
• gambling
